Straight pricing
The same jobs, for less
No membership, no subscription, no upsell at the counter. These are one-off remote services with the price stated up front. Typical rates charged elsewhere are shown beside ours so you can see exactly what you are saving.
Computer or tablet setup
A new machine set up properly: accounts, updates, printers, and your apps installed and working.
Computer tune-up and clean-up
Startup programs trimmed, updates applied, junk cleared out, and the machine returned to a sensible state.
Printer setup
Printer connected to your network and every computer in the house talking to it.
Data backup or transfer
Photos, documents and files moved off the old machine onto the new one, or copied somewhere safe.
Virus and malware removal, with operating system repair

Prices are per computer and cover the work itself, including labour. Other providers' listed prices are often labour only, with any parts billed separately, and some services carry an in-home surcharge. Our work is done remotely, so there is no call-out fee and nothing to drive anywhere. If a job turns out to need more than the service covers, we will tell you before any extra work starts, not after.
